I have purchased 1 samsung tv and 1 double door refrigerator last year i.e 2008 june , but unfortunately it started showing problem within 1 month and as per rules the tv must be replaced by the company.We have lodged complains innumerable times and the companies service engineers have turned up for repairing process but of no use. Our television has been sent to workshop for replacement of some inner electronics parts atleast twice but again of no avail. We have asked for the replacement of the entire television set but acording to their words the tv will only be replaced if the complain is lodged within 15days after purchasing the tv but unfortunately we are out for some personal affairs and turned up later and crossed the deadline of 15days.So we told about the problems a lot many times and they turned up checked it almost 3 to 5 times.The company people are not at all bothered about our trouble and not replacing the tv after asking for the replacement so many times.If possible please help us out as because the condition of the tv si getting worse day by day and our 1yr warranty period is also going to over in few days so please help us.

Complainant's Goal: I want replacement of the defective tv by a new one with no defects.
