A COMPLAINT WAS LOGGED WITH SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE REGARDING WATER LEAKAGE IN SPLIT AC. THE MECHANIC WHO ATTENDED WAS NOT QUALIFIED HENCE HE FURTHER MADE THE AC NOT WORKING AND OLSO CUT THE LEAKAGE PIPE. THE MANAGER AT UR REPAIR CENTRE MR PROMOD KUMAR MISBEHAVED AND ALSO SAID THAT WE WILL NOT REPAIR UR AC.
