Dear sir/madam,
I am very much annoyed to tell you that i rahul kumar a customer of the sony india pvt ltd bought a led and a home theatre on date - 8th july 2013 as was delivered the product on the next day at 12:00 pm and was installed in the evening the model number of the home theatre is BDV-E3100 as the home threatre started giving a disturbin sound which started irritating us due to that irritating soung we complained to the the sony for this then after the complain a person came to see the system as it was having sound then after that after 2 days a another person comes to concern as he was doing his work they still forced us that their is no problem but still the problem was their after that was launched a complain against all this then hee decided to change the 4 speakers of the home theatre then after n number of calls the speakers changed finally in 20 to 25 days they were also ceating the nusiance. they were transfer the work to one another and also they were arguing for not fitting the system back then after that all stuff finally the system was fitted then after that all that stuff again the problem started coming in it the same problem but now just the engineer came and just checked it 1 month have passed no review no phone call nothing is there they are jst trying to close the complain.
My main motive of complain is to change the system as early as possible because we are facing problem they didn't gave me any kind of review.There staff are so ignoring.
please help he to come out of this mess .
