Dear Sir/Mam,

I have bought a Sony Mobile ST25I Experia U from Reliance Store,R-Deccan,Pune on 2nd Nov.,2013.Just after 6 days I found that mobile have Wi-Fi related issue. So, I went to the nearest "Aaradhya Enterprises" Sony Service Centre (Matai Chambers, Mhatre Bridge,Near Nal stop, Pune). They have told me that this is a software related issue and come to next day to collect your phone. Next day they told me that I have correct your issue by updating software and it is working fine but your cell manufacturing date is old and you have bought it recently that is the reason I have send it to HO office to bring your cell under warranty.Once we will get a reply we will give it to you.Come back next day.Next day I have called to their representative, she told me that we have got HO approval and we are trying to rectify the issue, if it will be software issue we will correct it or, if it will be hardware issue we will replace the hardware part. I told her that mam as it is under save day warranty you need to replace the phone. She told me that we will look into it. I will call you once we will rectify the issue and correct it in your phone. But they didn't call me. The next day I went to service centre and ask about the phone. They told me that the HO approval was rejected and we don't know the reason.Once again we will mail it and it will take 2days. Come after 2days. I have call to the customer care and they talked to service centre but all vein. After 2 days I went back to Service Centre they told me that I didn't get an HO approval yet,come back after 2 days.I have asked them that shall I talked to reliance store about it. they told me that what they will do. They should not sell the old manufactured phone. Come after 2 days either we will get HO approval or, either we will give your old defective phone. I am totally frustrated with the response of the sony and the careless nature of its service centre.They have told me to submit the original bill,Old DOA job sheet whose ticket id is 13110800673 and Job number is W113110800673 and Order number is 11111 on 26th Nov. 2013 as well as they have taken the box and accessories as well and told me that you will get a new mobile after 10 days. But when I go to them on 23rd Dec. 2013. They told me that sir still I didn't get an approval, it is in rejected state. Once I will get any update in evening from higher authority, I will update you. But they didn't call me. When I call them again in evening at 6.30 pm, they replied me in a irresponsible manner that I have half an hour still left for closing. i will get back to you, till now I didn't know. But, they never call me. Each time I met with different person when I go to service center for update. They left me on each other to dealt with and they replied me in irresponsible manner.On 24th Dec. 2013 I go to Reliance Digital, from where I have bought the phone. They took the xerox of my DOA job sheet and told me that they will get back to me but never replied.When I told the service center that I am frustrated now because of your mental and physical harassment given by you to me and I will go to consumer court. They told me that why are you wasting your money.I will look into your issue once we will get reply from higher authority.I will call you back.But never called me back.As I have tried to talk to the Sony Area Sales Manger (Chaitanya) for the approval but he is so arrogant and irresponsible that he didn't even required to receive my calls as I have tried 20 times.Finally, I have left a message in his mobile but he didn't even reply back to me. I am also a manager in an reputed IT company and I never see such an irresponsible behavior of higher authority to his costumer.

Please let me know when I will get the replacement of my cellphone? As I am totally frustrated by the behavior of Sony and it's service center?
