Samsung India - I am not satisfied with the Samsung Servicing center.

I have bought a Samsung Mobile ( Model- Samsung Galaxy Grand 19082) dated 18.04.2013. After a few days when i saw that the back side cover of the mobile is not fitted well. When I visited to Samsung Service Center Guwahati ( Bir Electronics Pvt Ltd) dated 30.04.2013, they said to me that the back side cover of the mobile will not be replaced. But when i call to the customer care of the Samsung India with the reference number ********49, they tell me that it will be changeable because the side cover is not broken & its a manufacturing defect.

Therefore i request you to take some action against the Samsung Service Center Guwahati ( Bir Electronics Pvt Ltd) that why my problem will not be solved.
