I purchased a
split A/C unit on 20/10/2009 from E Zone Chennai.Just after a month it started giving problem for which we made a complaint.Our complaint was being attended very casually with no solution . Finally 10 days back company people took the unit for repair and bought it back saying it\'s fine now,our engineer will come to install it.Till date it has not been installed paying no heed to our daily complaints.My complaint No. is ********92.

Complainant's Goal: Either replace the unit or refund my money
