I have purchased a Ultra Slim CTV on 29-11-2008 from Talwar Electronics, Panipat. In the month of September 2009 certain problem related to its electric part inside the TV arises and i have lodged complaint via telephone on 19-Sept-2009 vide BP no ********70. Till date the service centre is not able to confirm proper condition of the TV to me. I have made various calls and personaly visited the place too. I am very sorry to say that a big company like Samsung India is providing a third class Service Centre.
