I bhushan goyal R/o 109 a gauatm nagar,bought 1 Samsung air conditioner of 2 tonnes model no: 242usb split on 9.05.2010 from Samsung dealer Sargam Electronics (50/3 yusuf Sarai).
Complaint No:********39

Issues:
1) AC starting leaking since first day of installation.
2) Even after lodging repeated complaint nothing has happened and problem with AC persisted.
3) Finally AC wire got burst because of spark and AC stopped working completely.
4) After enquiring with senior executive of the company we got to know that AC was not installed properly that was the main problem.Samsung Installation vendor : Solution D-2 D block DDA market dakshin puri, madan gir.
5) But even after re installing same problem persisted.
6) Now after lodging complaint again executive visited our house and he told us that their is gas leakage and some part of ac is not working properly that has to be repaired.
7) Within the span of 3 months we have complained atleast 6 times and atleast 10 engineers have visited our house to fix the problem but all went in vain.

Complainant's Goal: I want my money back as I m not satisfied by Samsung service at all
