I had purchased SAMSUNG GRAND 2 on Friday 25th April around 7.30 pm. After collecting my hand set with basic set up done by the showroom staff we left home.
After reaching home got to know that my mobile is getting overheated while using my phone for more than 5 min’s the processor is producing excess heat, even I noticed it was not ok when it gets charged. As the heat is very harmful to my heath i did went to the showroom on Saturday night to complain about it they told me to contact the service center.
Yesterday i had been to the service center with the complaint, explained them the problem showed them why i tell it is not a normal heat but the service center staff has kept my mobile still the evening and without checking anything they told me that the mobile heat is normal in all Samsung phone’s but I have not noticed the same issue in other phone’s only this device is having a problem and they are not ready to have this replaced even thou this phone is brand new.
Later they customer service center gave an form which had all Colum’s blank, they just wanted me to sign without any proper explanation telling I was satisfied with the service and they were not ready to update the comment as normal heat in the form.
I met an another person who had come to the same service center who told me that he had the same over heating problem with the same device and they had replaced the motherboard as his complain was after 7 day's purchase.
I am not happy with this phone it produce's excess heat sometimes very hard to keep in my ears, i really feel there is an issue with the device which the customer service center is not ready to accept. Please help to have this device replaced or refund my money.

30th April update : I had even called the customer support center of Samsung yesterday but still my issue is not getting resolved, Prakash from the escalation team told me to go to a service center in Infantry road today but the infantry road service center is not ready to check further as it was serviced by an another service center before.
There is lot of communication gap between the service center and the customer support team due to which my issue is getting delayed. Every time they tell they will call back but I don’t see them calling back each and every time we need to call them asking for the update.

30th April evening update : As discussed with Kulvinder(CEO office Team) and the customer care team the mobile has been once again submitted to the serice center to further check and i have already clearly mentioned that the mobile should not be serviced as it is brand new and it need to be checked why there is over heating and replaced accordingly.

As may 1st was a public holiday due have any update on my mobile status. I tried calling Kulvinder office # but the is not reachable.
it is alreday 3rd May still not given got any call from the CEO's team on my status on the mobile
Today is May 5th and i dont have any update from the CEO team's or from any one on my mobile status , this is already been escalated to the Samsung managing director level but still not got any response from them.
I am really not sure to which level this issue need to be escalated.
Ive ordered a battery for my Samsung Mobile GT-B 7510 at Asia Electronics, Coimbatore by paying an advance on 8th Apr'14.They said they will give a call on receipt of battery. Till date only I was following with them and not even once they conveyed the status.
Please find below the commitment dates given by the service center and the replies received.
1st Call - 15th Apr'14 - Said since due to holidays there was delay in transportation and hence asked to contact on 17th Apr'14.
2nd Call - 17th Apr'14 - Not yet received.asked to call on 21st Apr'14.
3rd Call (personal visit) - 21st Apr'14 - Not yet received.Committed to deliver on 26th Apr'14.
4th Call (personal visit) - 26th Apr'14 - Not yet received.Committed to deliver on 28th Apr'14.
5th Call - 2nd May'14 @ 12.53PM.Said they will revert back for the status.No call received as of now.
