I bought a new Samsung 1.5ton AC on August 17 2010..Its been a month only since i bought it..now i am experiencing less cooling and smell problem..i informed them they came but still i am experiencing same problem..I have asked for entire unit replacement.But no response from them.

Complainant's Goal: To replace my entire AC Unit
