SONY India - I am not satisfied from phone model sony xperia miro

I have recently brought sony xperia miro ,with in one week it start restarting.I went service center they changed my phone but i have to wait for 15 days,now the new phone has same problem.I went to service center they install software but the problem persists same,i m fed up ,i want solution of my problem otherwise i hv take a legal action.

Complainant's Goal: I dont want my money back or change the phone model
