I buy a Samsung led T.V on 27 December 2012 from Vishal Sales Dehradun, Uttarakhand India. After 4 months my T.v got problem as its does not get started though its shows power light on power switch on T.v. I registered complain on Samsung call center no- 1********282. on 22 May 2013. They gave me complaint no-********02 and assure me that engineer will visit me very soon. but no one came. then they gave me service center no 0********51 of Mr Vipin who again gave me assurance that engineer will visit and call me. but again nothing happen. I gave him call to remind his words but then after he started ignoring my phone call. I am very upset and did not finding way to solve my problem. All these are making me mentally upset and annoying. Kindly help me
