Samsung India - I am not satified with the service

I had lodged the complaint with the Co. on 08.11.2010 for repairing of my TV set installed at my residence. after 3 days, an engineer visited and advised for replacing of 2/3 parts of the TV set. I agreed immediately for replacing the parts. despite regular followup , TV has taken on 01.12.2010 for repairing at workshop--M/S BOSCOS, vide letter no. 4028356590 dated 01.12.2010 with promised it will be got repaired& delievered back within 3-4 days. IT is a matter of great concern that no- body responding except assurance of will be call back soon. But the matter is still pending .

Yor are requested to look into the matter .
