I bought a Samsung window AC in july 2009. I want to get its servicing done before its warrenty period lapses. I registered my complaint by calling the BPO ( customer care cell-1********1) on 5th April 2010. Despite my repeated calls and their insisting that my call is taken on priority basis, nobody has come to my house even after 40 days of registering . My BP no. is ********08. I am dissapointed that a company like Samsung has no consideration for its customers and they have so comfortably forgotten the service conditions and rules stated by themselves only. This is illegal and is going to harm their reputation also.
Complainant's Goal: Get servicing done as soon as possible.
