Today is 19 december 2013, i am facing the same problem ie my phone is automatically getting switch on and off. On 17 dec 2013 i submitted my phoneat 10.48 am to one of your samsung service centre branch in rohini Sector-8 near M2K, they told me we will check my phone and tell me what is the problem. I didnt got any call regarding the problem so i called up myself in evening at 6.30 pm. They told me your phone is in ok condition you can come and take your phone tomorrow. I asked whats the issue they told me its software updation i asked them so now this problem will not happen again they said no. Next day ie 18 dec 2013 i went again to service centre for collecting my phone at 11.30 am, My statement at that time is this phone is completely ok because its just 3 month back i purchased this phone and facing this kind of problem without my fault they said nothing will happen again. But today i m writing this complaint because of these reasons:
* i am facing the same problem again after next day of repairing.
* they again asked me to submit phone but this time for Managerial testing.
* i had confrence conversation with i care and service centre executive( Abhishek and Anop) at 2.45 pm
* my questions are if there is no problem happened from my side than why should i give my new phone again and again for testing and why i am not getting a changed new product in place of repair product as it is still in warranty.
* last i am working its not possible for me to come again and again to submit and collect phone.
* no testing will be done on my phone i submitted once and i can see the result now i want new phone in replacement to this.
* its samsung galaxy tab 3 7'0
