I have booked one courier from HSR BDA complex office in Bangalore to biet campus, jhansi , UP. My courier no is F01********7. I booked it one week back. First of all it reached so much late. Then to my horror the My courier was opened and my two items were missing from it( worth of 7000 Rs) . My relative didn't received it in that condition. Whenever I am trying to call customer they are telling to go to booking branch and branch people are telling to talk to customer care. I don't know who is responsible for this mess. I am fed up of this courier service and will advice against sending any through this company. If somebody can help it will be great.
