I have taken Samsung galaxy in September 2011 due to some issue my mobile get locked.

I have given my mobile to your service center at omna plaza Indore for unlock my mobile under warranty, after that i am facing new problem that mobile is not receiving network.

I spoke to customer care (Idea) they said there is no issue with their end. I am seriously not happy with your product. I have checked with other mobile i found there is no issue.

Request you to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest or refund my money other wise i never advice any body to buy any product of your company.
