I have bought a Samsung E189 CDMA handset on 13th April, 2014 from a dealer in Pune (Shree Om Sai, shop no.6, Jay plaza, near sai b.aba temple, Sai chowk, Pimpri, Pune) and then came back to Mumbai. From the second day the problem starts arriving like no battery backup and charging point defect. When I went to the Samsung service center in Mumbai (Near Jawahar nagar phatak, road no.2, jawahar nagar, goregaon west, mumbai), after inspecting the phone they told that it is Samsung but from China(means up country) so they cannot replace my phone, and if required they will repair it on money basis and requested me to contact the dealer for this issue.
On the bill,it is clearly mentioned that company will be providing warranty.
Please let me know, how could a customer handle these kind of issues when there is no support from the Samsung.
The only loss is suffered by me and Im not going to buy any product from Samsung in future.
