Fraud Service By Sony India I purchased a Sony LED model no KDL-32EX420 & serial no. 2470891, later on there was some problem in this. So, Sony gave me a exchange offer of new LED model no. KLV-32R482B (MRP Rs 38500) on cost of Rs 19311 including my old LED (Rs 31000). I submitted My old LED, Demand Draft of Rs 19311, with all required document at J P vaishali service center one month ago. They took so much time in the whole process and on today basis they provide me a wrong model(cost of Rs 33500 instead of my purchased model cost of Rs 38500) even they know the issue. When I cross verify the product then I talk with their senior Mr. Lokesh Singh (Conatct no. +********9336), he is the handler of the whole process in this case and he is denying from this issue and ask for contact to customer care. He showed that type of attitude as there is no mistake at there end and I have done every thing. no one is there tell me when can I get my tv.
