Hi,

I have sent parcel from chennai to Hyderabad on 13/11/2013 afternoon 1.30 PM in wall tax road branch. They said it will reach to consent person before 4.00 PM today [14/11/2013]. but it not reach and will call customer service, they said it will reach by consent party by tomorrow [15/11/2013]. Really i am frustrated because i used First Flight courier to send urgent parcel with higher amount [Rs.830] otherwise i will send regular parcel service which is cost loss. If parcel not reach today i will file case against First Flight Courier.

I prefer others don't go First Flight it is urgent or Emergency.
