I want to bring to notice to the concerned departments that my parcel Consignment number (U********506) with the booking date 19-May-2014 from Chaibasa to Lucknow is not delivered till today. It been more than 8 days and the website parcel tracking shows a different city for the parcel.I'm really disappointed with the services of First Flight and I have sent multiple mails to customer centre and I have also tried to contact the customer care through the website tracking page, but I have not received any response from them. I humbly request the concerned authorities to have a look at this and resolve my case as soon as possible. Please contact me through email or call me if required.
