First Flight Courier - First Flight Courier not delivering on time and updating wrong info on site

My consignment MJ2662285 is with Wazirpur-Delhi center since yesterday.

When I checked the status online, it says out for delivery and house locked so its pending But nobody came with the package to deliver , neither I got any call on my cell number for delivery.

When I checked with Wazirpur office, the guy admitted that he had updated wrong info on site as he was not able to deliver yesterday and neither he is going to deliver today.

Please take an action against that agent for updating wrong info on site and also insure that package gets delivered by today as it is very urgent.
