I ordered Some Garments from Sumeet Exports,Ludhiana.The Parcel was Handedover to First Flight Couriers at Ludhiana on 31st August.
Till date the parcel has not been delivered to us.
We have been calling and emailing then continuously but they say they have no idea where this parcel went.
The Parcel value was Rs.64115.32 INR and its weight was 34 Kgs.
The Parcel is also insured by the courier people.
Finally after searching for 25 days they have accepted that the parcel is lost..
I have suffered a lot during these days.
I dont need any compensation I only need my Money back( Value of the Parcel)
I know the Claim will go to the Consignor but thats ok Consignor will return me the Amount.

Please help me to get this resolved ASAP. or Advise me what should I Do for this case.
If this is not taken seriously they will not process the claim.

I have all the Proofs as emails from First Flight.
