Samsung India - faulty split ac unit

bought above unit, model no. AR18HC3UXNB on 27th of April from KBM Electronics, Patparganj, Mayur Vihar. they charged for the transformer as well as installation. bill for the above attached.
NO ONE from SAMSUNG visited to start. on 4th of May, a complain was register to send engineer for the first start-up as the installed unit is not working (NO COOLING) .
NO ONE visited. I was informed that since the complain is more than two weeks old, I need to register again.
I called again on 8th of June (as I was not well and could not call earlier) explaining the things. This time engineers did visited, informing that their is some gas leakage issue for which different team will come to visit for the same. 2nd team came checked and confirmed that compressor is not working, expert will come and recheck.
expert came and confirmed that the out door unit is faulty.
NO further response from SAMSUNG.
Again complied filed on 21st of June for the status of privious plain.
Receiving a letter today, 25th of June, dayted 22nd June 2014, that it is MY fault that I have not registered a complain earlier and the faulty system cannot be replaced. I need to get it repaird.

I DONOT WANT IT TO BE REPAIRD. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
