Well!! I am writing this to inform you that I purchased a 32' LED TV which is well within warranty.
I wanted to watch a movie and so I inserted a PEN DRIVE to watch it. After I watched the movie I took off the pen drive, and to my surprise the clip inside the USB port came along with that.
I called SAMSUNG and they sent an engineer who claims that we have to pay around INR 3700.00 for the damage.
Well!! I do know how to use a PEN DRIVE firstly and secondly I told the same incident to the Customer Care.
In return I received PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SAMSUNG REPRESENTATIVES. MR. ATUL WAS OK BUT THE SUPERVISOR WAS PATHETIC, HE WAS NOT LISTENING TO THE ISSUE AND WAS BLAMING ME TO HAVE BROKEN THE PORT.
A team from the PARTS FROM DELHI CALLS ME AND SAYS "SIR AAPKO ISKA PAISA DENA HOGA". What is this?
I am a brand loyal customer of your's. I own SAMSUNG TV, MONITOR, MOBILE,TAB and I have never faced issue like this before.
I need a resolution on an URGENT BASIS SIR.
