Samsung India - faulty AC compressor

I bought a Samsung AC in May 2008. the compressor failed in june 2009. I was asked to pay Rs 1800 for gas charging even though the compressor had a 5 year warranty. In July 2010 the copressor failed again. I am asked to pay Rs 2100 again. I have written to the company many times as well as registered my complaint on phone to find out if I have to pay once again for the compressor. NO REPLY FROM THE COMPANY. I have complained to the dealer but to no avail. It has been 5 weeks now and I do not have my AC.
