SONY India - delay in getting service in small problem

RESPECTED SIR,
Even after sending mails and registering complaints in sony there was no action taken.i dont know how your sop work but i have submitted my mobile on 13 jan 2014 and they gave a job id w114011302339 then after two days without my knowledge job id and mobile submitting date was changed to 15 jan 2014 id w114011500344.i fail to understand how this is possible???.even after 9 working days my mobile has not been repaired, when i contacted call center they told any mobile is repaired within 7 working day.And my mobile complaint was small thing.my first phone complaint ,(the screen will go blank during incoming call i have to push side button for taking call).2ndly(slow ,got really slow. icons come after 3-7sec).i am waiting for my mobile and your service.when i paid for mobile you got full amount no waiting around.why for getting benfit i have to wait.no executive call no customer feed back, i regret my decision for taking mobile from sony. please look into this matter .
