Respected Sir/ Madam,
I wish to state the following facts before yourself for kind consideration.
1. I purchased a Samsung Mobile Model SDUOS 7562 on 05/09/2013 from authorised distributor DIGI World at Janak Puri.
2. From 07/09/2013 , many problems in the handset starts appearing like Weak signal reception from Network Provider i.e. Airtel, Hanging problems in contacts and other applications, problems in taking backup of mobile, Graphic problems starts appearing in the simple games.
3. The problems were communicated to dealer who committed at the time of selling that if any problem in operating the mobile occur, then DOA( Dead on Arrival ) certificate will be issued to you and either the money will be refunded or you can change it with any other mobile.
4. Later on I contact Samsung customer care and informed all my problems, it was suggested by them to reset the factory setting problems will be resolved otherwise the handset has to be deposited at service centre.
5. After doing the reset the problem still persist in the mobile and on 18/09/2013, mobile was submitted to service centre at Janak puri.
After checking the mobile they found that there is problem in chipset which has been either repaired/changed with new one and only the software was updated. But they also confirmed us that mobile handset will still have hanging problem sometimes.
6.I requested them to provide me the DOA certificate as the handset is having the hardware issue. I also wish to state that I have spent my hard earned money for new mobile not the repaired on.
