Samsung India - Defective Samsung Mobile Handset

I had purchased Samsung Primo Mobile handset on 19/7/2012. on 21/7/2012 screen of mobile went blank all of sudden. The handset was shown to samsung service center at pahar ganj.. i was told that the problem was due to water logging. i dont agree with this as i am sure that it is not the cause. it may be due to manufacturing defect or due to humid atmosphere. the staff at service center was most un co operative. i contacted samsung higher offfice by mailing at CEO adress. but till todate my problem remain unsolved. as per company policy if handset beocme defective within 4 days of purchase, it should be replaced.
Complainant's Goal: my mobile handset should be replaced as it has become defective within 4 days.
