Samsung India - Defective Product Received

I have faced very problem after purchasing Samsung Galaxy Grand GT – I9082 on 2nd August 13. I have faced problem in just 2 days after purchasing that my cell was getting operated automatically. I have visited service centre named Kaiser Electronics located at Crawford Market, Mumbai. They have upgraded the firmware and handed over to me on the spot. On the very next day, same problem persists. I have mailed on Samsung Customer Care, but they guided me again to Service Centre. Again, I visited the service center and they kept my cell phone for 3 days stating that they want to observe my cell. On last Tuesday, I have got a call from Service centre stating that the cell phone is ready. As per them they have changed something what they called is “PBA.” After visiting 2 times, still not resolved. Apart from that, I started facing another problem and that is my internet is not working. There is no issue in my sim card, because we have tried many sim card even 3Gs but no response. Today, I got a call from Samsung customer care, the representative was asking me now to visit another service centre in Mumbai. At last, we again visited to the service centre 3rd time today. They checked and told me that there is some serious problem in the product.
