First Flight Courier reference: B30696731

Microwave delivered today 28th June 2012 at my address in entirely broken / damaged condition. Courier delivery guy was insistent on taking the delivery confirmation and leaving the place and not allowing them to verify the condition / content of the delivery box. After he left, my family opened the box to find the microwave with broken glasses & sides smashed. Damages are clearly signs of shipping / handling issue.

Please arrange for a replacement immediately
