I'had logged complaint with Sony Service centre to fix fault in my Sony CRT television. The TV used to flicker for around 1 minute before it turned on.

The call was assigned to Mangalmurthi Enterprises (Thane (West) but they could not fix the issue. They charged me Rs 450 without fixing the issue. ( Complaint No 029 844 612)

I then had to call a local engineer who resolved the issue and charged me another Rs 300.

I'have followed up multiple times with Sony to refund my money but they have not taken any action on Mangalmurthi Enterprises. I'm attaching all correspondence with Sony India Service Centre.

I request you to look into this issue urgently.
