I had a very important consignment which was suppose to be sent from Bangalore to Lucknow having Consignment Number MF0201787 which i sent on 27 sept 2013 through this courier service and i expected it to reach latest by Monday and they also claimed the same but i am sorry to say that it has not reached till now that is on 1 oct 2013. I also tried to call their customer care numbers 080-33799999 (Head Office Bangalore) and 022-39576666 (Corporate Office Mumbai) but i seeked no response from their side. I contacted Lucknow office and they told that it has been dispatched from theirr side on Monday i.e., 30 Sept 2013, may i know what kind of service is this. It clearly states that they are very casual towards your services and customers.
I had very important consignment which was sent by Home Shop 18 to Lajpatnagar, Sahibabad (Ghaziabad( U.P. having consignment No. D-********615. I also contacted to Sahibabad Office on their telephone No. 0120-4159298 on 18/10/2013 but they stating that courier returned due non availability of addressee, whereas courier wala not come and saying false. May I know what kind of service is this. It clearly shows that they are very casual towards your services @ customers. Very shameful.
