re: irresponsibility of the courrier service provider of first flight in hisar haryana

i had delivered a courier from delhi to hisar on friday that is on 3-05-2013 by first flight with consignment no. md0379261 .
but with grief i would like to inform you that the courier wasnot being delivered and now the courier is returning back to the origin .
if i was not at home there was contact no mentioned they should have to call that no rather than to deliver back the courier . as that courier
was very important for me to be delivered on time but it could not be so. i had a question is this not the responsibility of the delivery man to call
the concerned person if he/she is mot at home to collect the courier if yes than take necessary action against them as they are ruining the name of
first flight courier
