I have a Samsung Fully automatic front loading washing machine that I had purchased from Reliance Digital Retail, Shipra Mall, Indirapuram on 7th April, 2009. Machine has 2 years warranty period. I lodged a complaint with Samsung Customer Care on 25th October, 2010. An engineer from Samsung visited us and told that panel of the machine is burnt and needs to be replaced. Ever since I am hearing from that this part is not in their store and would be changed as and when available. I am following up with their customer care and service centre on regular basis, however of no use. They would always make false promises.
