Very Good, Thanks a lot for the worst support of Sony. This kind of Harassment is not acceptable at all.
I am using Xperia J and the mobile is automatically rebooted. For solution of this problemI have visited Sony service center several times and last time I get in touch with Alkesh Joshi (Sony India) and submitted my mobile on 1st of Feb and taken back it on 8th feb 2014, but still the problem is same.
If you are not able to provide any solution then please revert me. Every time when I call only one thing you guys are telling come and submit the Phone. Is it the only solution you have?
I told you earlier I don't have time to take this phone to service center again again. you are only harassing me.
Please treat this as a formal complaint and take a necessary action to provide a proper solution.
