Hi,
A few days back I was under the impression that First Flight is a reputed courier company; however to my dismay I found that this organization is at its worst when it comes to customer service.
A few days back I was awaiting one of my product, sent by one of online shopping website which was to be delivered through this courier. This was the second time it was delivered since the first time it was wrongly shown as shipped on portal and second time mentioning that I was not available at the mentioned address (Despite my presence at the destination). While they (first flight courier-sadar,near bus stand,bahadurgarh,haryana) never deliver the product at my home. Generally they call me on my mobile & says that "your parcel is with us & you can collect it from our office". I was tracking the courier continuously (Courier tracking number:O********) but to my disappointment the courier was returned a second time with the same comment that I was not available.
There are no customer care numbers that they operate. And to add to the misery there would be no one to pick a call on any of the telephone numbers mentioned in their website including their corporate office number.
I should say that I had received the worst treatment ever in my life from 'first flight courier-sadar,near bus stand,bahadurgarh,haryana'.

I too felt first flight was a reputed company but it has been disappointing too such an extent that the regional office at hyderabad has not been responding at all today on phone. My letter which was supposed to have been delivered yesterday, i cant trace it on the tracker, it shows ERROR!!!!!! With a regional office not responding i wonder the company has gone Kapoot!!! someone advice action....
