A few days back I was under the impression that First Flight is a reputed courier company; however to my dismay I found that this organization is at its worst when it comes to customer service.
A few days back I was awaiting my debit card from ICICI bank which was to be delivered through this courier. This was the second time it was delivered since the first time it was returned mentioning that I was not available at the mentioned address(Despite my presence at the destination). I was tracking the courier continuously(Courier reference number:CC9125561) but to my disappointment the courier was returned a second time with the same comment that I was not at the destination address.
There are no customer care numbers that they operate. And to add to the misery there would be no one to pick a call on any of the telephone numbers mentioned in their website including their corporate office number.
I still had hope left in me and visited your nearest branch at Appu Street, Nungambakkam, Chennai. I should say that I had received the worst treatment ever in my life from their employee Mr.Shekar who despite giving all details about the courier was not even willing to make an effort to search for my docket. When I had mentioned that I was going to complain against him for his sluggish behavior, he used abusive language and mentioned that I would not be able to do a thing; and that I may complain to anyone I wish.
I have been put through extreme stress and I want an apology letter from the organization hand written by Mr.Shekar that it was wrong on his part to treat a customer in this fashion.
