I bought this S3 mobile on 22.12.2012. On 27.09.2013 suddently the one was not getting charged from charger or usb. So took the phone to service centre at 1900hrs.

The tecnician checked the phone and asked me to come next day as shop is already closed. He also said to replace the pin, Rs.380 will be charged.
Next day(28.09.13) I reached the shop at 1130hrs.The technician opened the phone and said it is already liquid damaged. I argued that phone is working condition now. Only not getting charged. So how come liquid damage? He said there is liqid on phone. I told him to check the phone working with other batery, he put his batery and verified the working condition. But he said the same that phone is already liquid damaged. So after replacement of charging pin there is only 50% chance for phone working condition and 50% for phone not working. I got surprised and said, when phone is working now and the problem is only with the charging pin, why there is 50% chance? he said it is company rule?.
Also he said if I agree this condition then only he can take the phone for service. As there is no option, I agreed telling that I shall take up with Samsung. Work order no-5157.He asked me to come at evening. At 1800hrs after paying Rs.380(receipt no 6347) I collected the phone with working and charging conditions.
However after reaching home I found it is not charging properly. In full night I could charge only 40%.
I am disturbed. Can you check my phone to repair as it is within one year.
