SONY India - Bad Service with no support

Hi,
I submitted my Sony Xperia C with job no-w1140******** on 6 aug 2014.
According to Service center my phone was sent for replacement after a 2 step approval from the Head office. As i asked from customer care and service center before 2 days that it is already approved for replacement on 20 aug 2014.
When i am asking today for the status the executive told me that it is pending for parts availability. Why are you waiting for a repairing process when you told me for replacement.
Please replace my phone according the accidental warranty terms. I am waiting it from more that 15 days as the time is given expected 15 days. I am losing my patience and money cause of your late service. Please give me my phone asap in a good condition.I can't wait no more.
There is no support from customer care with satisfaction. Customer care always ask me to contact service center and service center blames always Head office. What the Hell is this. There is no body to hear the consumer's complaint in a right way. I already sent many mails and queries to concern department. But always i get a mail with a request of co operation. the answers are not relevant. It is too much to experience a well reputed company with a very bad service. Now i am thinking to go to consumer court with all details which i have got already from your side and it is enough to go there. In future i never recommend Sony anybody after getting a huge tension and disappointment from Sony's side.

Complainant's Goal: I want my phone in good condition after replacment within given time.

I am been cheated from your service centre Rashbihari ( Kolkata ). I purchased a Sony Xperia M on 28th April 2014 it is working fine suddenly 15th September afternoon it is switched off. Next day my wife Priyanka Saha submitted the handset “ NEOSA ELECTRONICS (P) LTD. “

18th September she called up the service centere and the agent guided her some of the purse not available they mailed to corporate after receive she will get the handset. But very next day somebody of your service centre called her and told the handset damaged as somehow handset effected with water.

There is no support from customer care with satisfaction. Customer care always ask me to contact service center and service center blames always Head office. What the Hell is this. There is no body to hear the consumer's complaint in a right way. I already sent many mails and queries to concern department.

Xperia ZR
I bought xperia ZR on feb 7 2014,with in a two months back its started problems like

Internet is automatically disconnecting.Blue tooth not working,

Touch is not sensitive,Ultimately slow responce

highly disappointed.

In chennai tambaram ,Authorised service center almost three months my mobile was there they told they will provide new phone
after a very hard discussion

Unfortunatly that phone is also giving the same response Sony people are telling its new only

I dont have trust on you people..

I bought this mobile for 25000 bugs,If i am not getting any proper response i will file case on sony.

Damn sure i will go to court,Instead of this i would have buy iphone 4S that price is less than this.

I need new phone with all the accessories if not refund my money back.

i need quick solution.
