Samsung India - I got Faulty Mobile from Samsung as Galaxy S4, not accepting the faulty phone

I have brougth the Samsung Galaxy S4 I9500 Black mist from Kensha Mobiles, and its EmIE number is 35********97732 and its a on bill.

Its troubling a lot from last 15 days, I took it to the authorised service centre and they are helpless to resolve the problem, case number 4158325825 dated 28-08-2013.

Problem are: mobile phone is of 16GB memory now showing only 8.9GB without any aadditional application or songs or files, secondly when I open any apps the mobile restarts but some time it didnt start and show low memory, but when I put on charge it show full battery.

So I am not able to use the phone at all and samsung service centre are not taking the phone and its Shree Communication Shop No 1 Kundan Classic Building, Opposite Ganesh Mandir Behind Khadki Railway Station, Aundh Road, Aundh, Pune - 411007 (020) ********

So I would like to compaint against the Samsung Mobile and need a fresh handset ASAP.
