complaint no. ********9

i have purchased a samsung split a/c on October'2011. at the time of installation there was a complaint regarding swinging but solved immediately by them. after few days i faced the same problem, after complaining the engineer came and solved it. but the problem was not solved permanently and now the engineers are not responding us and in every visit they just commit that this problem will not arrived again but are faced immediately. and now only 5 mnts of warranty is left.
