This is with regards to my long standing compliant for my 230 ltr Samsung Fridge on 03/04/2010. The Compliant No ********94 which the service staff filled gas Rs 1400/- Cash Receipt No 1480 on 05/04/2010. But it didn\'t work for a single day as there was no proper cooling yet. I registered again compliant and they made and effort to do this but the result was again failure.

We have using Samsung Fridge Since 20/01/2009 Bought from SINGH ELECTRONICS,Add : D-16 Mohan Singh Market Sector 6 R.K.Puram New Delhi 110022 SI No 1495, after 16 months we have been facing this problem. But no one in your customer care Department taking it seriously. I have also complaint to the dealer but all in vain . You are aware the climate of Delhi during the M/o April - May & we are at home without fridge Now the fridge is making noise heavely. Last 20 days I am calling to Samsung Cust. Care on regular basis but nobody has taken any step till date.

Now i have decided to take the matter in Consumer Cell & If necessary in Media also. If no action taken from the end/side of Samsung India.
