My window Aircondiner was serviced on 7th July 2009 by your service Engineers and fitted it with out checking. On return from office, after running the A.C.,I noticed the following defects mentioned below:
1.0 A.C Grill was hanging and its all the three locks found broken.These are broken while dismentalling for your SERVICE staff. Earlier to service My A.C GRILL was o.k.
2.0On running A.C.gives cooling but Compressor trips after 3-4 minutes and cooling fan runs contineously.it shows some defect after service,due bad servce done by untrained personnel.
Since 7th July,2009 ,I am daily complaining to your service centre(12030308282) and registering the complaint. Every time ,I am told that same will be attainded by evening today.This is being repeated every day but no one is attending.
I purchased the SAMSUNG AIRCONDINER thinking good reputation and services of SAMSUNG GROUP .
Please look into this and arrange attending the defect on priority.
