Reliance Communications Limited - Zero Customer Service from Reliance Communication

I have purchased Reliance Net connect plus by calling the customer care which in return sent some sales rep to my home with the details. I told the rep that i want to have a prepaid connect and purchased the equipment from him. The connection was working fine for next few days however after that i was not able to connect using it. I called up customer care and enquirer about the same and they said that they don\'t have any information about the particular data card number. I called up the sales rep and he said he will look into it. Nothing was done with regard to it until next day. I called up the rep again and he said he is from post paid department and he cant help. And the language that he uses with customer is not at all a rep should be using.
Later i called up the customer care again and told them about complete issue and said that i wanna put up a complain about the issue as well as the sales rep, they informed that i cant put any complain as i don\'t have a active data card number. The sales rep gave me contact info of the guy handling Hyderabad Prepaid sales. I called him up and been calling him for last four days but nothing is being done. This is one of the worst customer service that is being offered by India\'s most trusted brand. Can someone please look into this. I would be greatful to get my money back as i don\'t want to be with the company anymore.
My data card number is ********66.
And i would definitely suggest people not to go by this brand. They offer one of the worst customer service. May be they don\'t care about there customers.
