Hi,
My Name in Neeraj Rathi am using reliance prepaid from last 3-4 years, From last 6 months I found that reliance is automatically deduction money against the services which are not activated by my.
This is not a way that you can reduce money without the approval of customer. Many times I logged the complained against it. In the month of April 30 Rs was deducted from my account even I did not subscribe any pack, I logged a complain against it the complain no is 1154466832, and your customer care executive assured me that in future no pack will be activated and no amount will be deducted, But again in the month of May 30 rupees has been deducted. As today I speak to your customer care executive Mr. Honey, he said no amount will refund but be assure in future no amount will be deducted.
Every time it disturb me, how I can check my account on daily basis, really I feel regret to take the reliance connection.
HOW CAN I TRUST THAT NO AMOUT WILL BE DEUCTED IN FUTURE AND HOW I WILL GET BACK MY AMOUT.THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I AM PAYING MY 30 RUPEES TO RELIANCE WITHOUT SUBSCRIBING ANY SERVICE??
• Is this the way to work such a reputed organization? Please respond me with a satisfactory answer.
• Is this the way of reliance to cover his loos during recession?

I am using reliance CDMA number (9335253204)
On 31/01/2010 Rs.49 Deducted from my account
when on 01/02/2011
on morning when i check my account i found Rs. 49 has deducted from my account then immediate i have call on 198 to know why the money has deducted from my account
At 11.00 A.m i call on 198 and started my conversation to Mr. Rakesh they told that some combo pack activated in your account for that they charge Rs.49.
but i never request to approve to activate the service
they are making me fraud by deducting balance from my account then mr rakesh transfer the call to Abhinav, then abhinav transfer the call to shabana, same problem again, shabana transfer the call to her Tl to MR. parthav. the problem is a same when i ask to transfer the call the direct manager they say manager will call you back in before 1.30 pm on same dated.
i have wait but i diidnt recived the call partan has given me one number i.e. (2157667147)
I again call on 198 at 2.30 Pm on same dated then Mis gudu recived the call, but sittl i didnt get proper response regards my balance.
So. sir please take a look of my problem and resolved it.
