on may 20-04-2009 i have rechage through icici online account no. ********75 but till now i havent get the amount from last 20 days i am calling to custumer care they are not responding to my complaint they are saying we dont have record and dont hold any amount but icici is saying the amount is deducted from my account
and service provider is holding the amount.

I support this complaint. Reliance is doing all this malpractices. From my account balance has been deducted saying that so and so have been subscribed, but not being subscribed. They have blocked my calls from my mobile to reliance customer care so that Icannot complain them. When we call customer care try after some time and so and so. Why they are harassing customers and ruining their reputation. Every time you get commercial sms which is of no imprtance to me, due that they will say you have subscribed so and so and they deduct from your acoount why malpractices.
