Reliance Communications Limited - WRONGLY DEBITED AMOUNT BY RELIANCE COMMUNICATION

Sir,
I am using Reliance GSM Smart number ********13. My account has been debited wrongly so many times for activating the services by the Reliance Communication itself as per following details:-

On 12 Jul 2010 for "MASTI KE RANG" Rs.30/-
On 21 Jul 2010 for "Callertunes" Rs.10/-
On 22 Jul 2010 for "renewel of CRBT" Rs.30/-

Rs.70/- has been debited from my account within a week . I talked to customer care for refund the above mentioned amount so many times, but they never solved my problem even customer care never talk properly they says that services activated by me but, I certified that I have never activated any such services on my mobile No. ********13.
So many customer are having same problem.
You are requested to refund my amount as an early date.

I support this complaint.
Reliance Communication sbscribed ring/caller tone without any intimation and deducte the money automaticaly. This is a Fraud by Rel Com.
