Reliance Communications Limited - Wrong Post Paid Bill :Charge Waiver as per plan

HI,

As per given plan 50MB mobile data usage is free (or discounted), however it was found in current month bill (Oct11) discount is not given & at same time 40.40Rs charges against 3..97MB data usage.
