Dear sir/madam
I have one post paid reliance number ********26. In this month bill charge Rs. 868.50 for sms when on my number sms pack is activated. They are change sms pack with out any information. On my number Rs. 25 sms pack is active which have 3000 free sms. I am not use more sms. They are not showing how many sms are used. I am complain in relaince care but they are not give any proper information, complain numbers are 216681554 and 216686223. Please help.
